Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of milestones
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Facilitate agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues requiring executive attention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in engineering or technical environments
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
