- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout project phases
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
