USER Experience Researchers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our research initiatives, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
As our Project Manager, you will serve as the central hub for project information, bridging the gap between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your ability to maintain comprehensive schedules, track milestones, and generate clear status reports will be critical to our continued success in the competitive tech research landscape. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the strategic foresight to mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and critical path analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and detailed performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress continuously and take proactive measures to resolve bottlenecks or resource constraints.
- Manage project documentation, including scope changes, meeting minutes, and final project sign-offs.
- Facilitate team meetings to track task completion and foster a culture of accountability.
- Implement and improve project management processes to increase team efficiency and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ICT or research sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project life cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex info to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational detail.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
