Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation and planning to execution and handover.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure optimal operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding project status, milestones, and financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project workflows and delivery methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the construction or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional certification (such as PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
