PT Teratai Agung Kencana is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Badung, Bali. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD with the ability to independently create detailed technical drawings and construction plans. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and design through execution and completion. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, regulatory compliance, and resource management. As a key member of our team, you'll coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Create detailed technical drawings and construction plans using AutoCAD independently
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Optimize resource allocation and manage vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with proven ability to create technical drawings
- Strong understanding of construction planning and execution processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Bali's local construction regulations and permitting processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
