Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor solar energy projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track project progress and report status to senior management
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Facilitate communication between clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
