- Lead the implementation of new business initiatives, market expansions, and operational improvements
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing corrective actions when needed
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in logistics or transport industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
