Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from planning through execution and closure
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and maintain transparent reporting channels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Optimize resource utilization and control project expenditures
- Lead project documentation and knowledge management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred)
- Expertise in construction regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
