We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our leadership team in Manila City. In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to oversee the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, product deliveries, and organizational initiatives. You'll be responsible for ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives while maintaining rigorous quality standards and timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full project lifecycle management from conception through delivery and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence
- Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation strategies for all project components
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and ELT
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with proven track record of delivery
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Advanced certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management credentials
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)
- Experience managing budgets over PHP 5M and teams of 10+ members
