Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, management, and project teams.
- Implement and maintain robust project control procedures, including change management and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortem analyses to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
