Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- PMP or Agile certification is a significant advantage.
