Join Era Bangun Telecomindo (EBTEL) as a Project Manager and lead critical mining and earthwork operations in East Kalimantan. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end mining/earthwork project operations from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to meet project targets
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain documentation for project reporting and compliance
- Optimize workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in mining/earthwork project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges
- Experience in Kalimantan region preferred
