Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure within aluminum manufacturing sector
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance
- Develop detailed project documentation including risk assessments, change orders, and progress reports
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality
- Monitor KPIs and project milestones while proactively addressing potential roadblocks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving in industrial settings
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
