Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor furniture construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial controls
- Implement quality assurance processes and safety standards on-site
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in furniture/construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with furniture production processes and materials
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
