Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle project management from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination and vendor management
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational governance
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven track record in delivering IT infrastructure/software projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
