Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor all project activities and ensure completion according to established timelines and quality standards
- Manage and oversee project budgets to ensure financial targets are met and expenditures are properly controlled
- Cross-check volume calculations and unit prices based on technical drawings to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project execution
- Prepare regular project progress reports and present findings to management stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and minimize waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices
- Excellent analytical skills for budget monitoring and technical calculation verification
- Effective communication and leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
