As our Project Manager, you will be the bridge between strategic planning and on-site execution. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring that all deliverables align with our high standards of quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Direct and motivate multidisciplinary teams to maintain high performance and operational cohesion.
- Ensure full compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and regulatory standards on all project sites.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for senior management stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the mining, energy, or natural resources sector.
- Strong understanding of QHSE protocols and industry-standard safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Availability to join immediately and willingness to work in Jakarta Barat.
