Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Toshiba's quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or Project Management.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the electrical power utility or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a strong advantage.
