Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local regulations on the project site.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor progress through regular site visits and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with government agencies for necessary permits and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
