Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of construction activities
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships throughout project duration
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure/commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
