Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced manufacturing projects, from conceptualization to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and commercial performance to ensure high profitability and value for clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and onsite engineering units.
- Implement robust project management methodologies to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage change requests effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor performance KPIs to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic advice to senior stakeholders and clients regarding project status and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within Advanced Manufacturing or heavy industrial sectors.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
