In this role, you will support our project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring solar energy projects from conception to completion. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating solar energy projects
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications
- Assist in budget tracking and cost control for assigned projects
- Support in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, or PVsyst for project visualization and analysis when required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Prior experience in project coordination or assistant roles is preferred
- Familiarity with solar energy projects and C&I applications is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or PVsyst is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
