Swisslog, a global leader in automated material handling solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects from our Petaling, Selangor office. In this critical role, you will oversee all phases of Automated Material Handling Systems projects, including contract negotiation, resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and drive successful project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage project teams across all phases of automated material handling system projects.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with project objectives and company policies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in material handling or automation.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
