Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in automation/engineering
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or automation industry
