Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for autonomous shuttle deployment, from conceptualization to execution.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including software engineering, robotics, and hardware systems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, including regulatory bodies, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budget to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and documentation across all internal and external departments.
- Oversee pilot testing phases, analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive, robotics, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s autonomous vehicle regulatory framework is a significant advantage.
