Panalpina is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager, BCM (Business Contract Management) to join our high-performing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the execution of complex contract logistics projects, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction from inception to implementation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of contract logistics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to develop tailored supply chain strategies for new and existing clients.
- Manage project resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee the implementation of new logistics frameworks and process optimizations across APAC facilities.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication between Operations, IT, and Finance teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and identify areas for cost reduction and productivity gains.
- Provide regular reporting and progress updates to senior leadership regarding BCM milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of APAC logistics markets and regional compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale supply chain implementations and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or SAP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
