Join DSV Global Transport and Logistics as a Project Manager, BCM APAC, and play a pivotal role in our contract logistics operations across the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager who will be responsible for executing complex logistics projects, including new implementations and process improvements. In this key position, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure successful project delivery that meets client expectations and business objectives.
As a Project Manager in our Business Continuity Management (BCM) team, you will drive operational excellence by implementing robust contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise will help maintain business continuity during disruptions while optimizing supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to align project goals with corporate strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor contract logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including logistics, operations, and client-facing departments to achieve project milestones
- Implement and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks across APAC operations
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project execution
- Lead the development of contingency plans and business continuity strategies to minimize operational disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics projects across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, etc.) and project management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with competing priorities
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
