As a Project Manager specializing in Beverage & Dairy Processing Systems, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex engineering projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of projects involving state-of-the-art beverage processing equipment, advanced dairy processing lines, and stringent hygienic piping systems. You will be instrumental in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (including GMP and HACCP).

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for beverage and dairy processing system installations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, utilizing industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal engineers, external contractors, and equipment vendors, fostering clear communication and accountability.
- Oversee the design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of processing equipment and hygienic piping systems.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize potential disruptions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry standards, food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP), quality control protocols, and client specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and technical execution within the specialized domain of hygienic engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or related hygienic processing industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving beverage processing equipment, dairy processing lines, and hygienic piping systems.
- Strong understanding and practical application of food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Ability to travel to various project sites across Malaysia as required.
