Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor interior system projects ensuring delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate between clients, design teams, and on-site contractors to ensure seamless project flow.
- Develop detailed project schedules and track progress against key milestones.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and ensure inventory efficiency for interior components.
- Resolve project-related issues or bottlenecks proactively to prevent delays.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within interior fit-outs or furniture systems.
- Strong understanding of interior design blueprints, technical drawings, and material specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office (AutoCAD proficiency is highly preferred).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to project sites across the Jakarta area.
