- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for building automation systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Implement and integrate HVAC controls, lighting systems, and IoT solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building automation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS, and IoT integration
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
