Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong communication and managing expectations across all levels.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and adherence to project methodologies.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure project outcomes meet the intended business value.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within a business or cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
