Twoconnect is looking for a high-performing Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and technical execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex projects for our UK-based clients.
You will operate on a UK Midshift schedule, offering the perfect balance of professional challenge and work-from-home flexibility. As a key member of our organization, you will lead end-to-end delivery lifecycles, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes and business analysis documentation.
- Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates to clients and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dual Project Manager and Business Analyst capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within an Agile or Waterfall framework.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup during UK midshift hours.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP certification is a significant advantage.
