Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end global development projects for AlInGaN-based chip platforms.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality semiconductor products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Implement systematic problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC) to address design and process deviations.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between global stakeholders and local production teams in Kulim.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the chip development lifecycle to optimize yield and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the semiconductor or optoelectronics industry.
- Deep technical understanding of AlInGaN-based chip platforms and epitaxial growth processes.
- Proven track record in managing complex product development cycles in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques and statistical process control.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management training is highly preferred.
