PT. Citra Marindo is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead our infrastructure and construction projects in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all civil engineering operations are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction methodologies, budget management, and team leadership. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and on-site health and safety (K3) protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to site supervisors and construction crews.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for executive management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in civil works.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale civil infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and construction contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
