Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and regulations
- Proven experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource management
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
