Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for civil engineering works in Oil & Gas infrastructure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with BEM regulations
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationship management
- Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Prepare technical documentation including progress reports, change orders, and handover packages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in civil works project management
- Professional registration with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas sector projects (highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Valid PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
