Join Search Personnel as a Project Manager specializing in civil engineering projects focusing on road construction, drainage systems, and external works. This pivotal role demands full lifecycle project ownership, encompassing P&L management, meticulous scheduling, rigorous cost control, and proactive stakeholder engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget while ensuring adherence to Singaporean regulatory standards and quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of civil engineering projects (road, drainage, external works)
- Own project P&L through budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard methodologies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Manage stakeholder communications with clients, government bodies, and community groups
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil engineering
- Proven track record in road construction, drainage systems, or external works
- Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and cost control systems
- Strong P&L management and financial reporting capabilities
- Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
