Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project implementation for new and existing clients, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Drive client advocacy initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and expand the adoption of company systems.
- Develop and deliver persuasive, high-quality presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to secure project alignment.
- Design and facilitate comprehensive training workshops for end-users to ensure seamless system integration.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback, ensuring a smooth feedback loop to the product development team.
- Monitor and analyze system usage metrics to proactively identify opportunities for client upskilling or process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, client relations, or technical training roles.
- Proven track record in delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to translate technical system requirements into user-friendly training modules.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.
