Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, specifically within the Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical stakeholders and business leadership.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and reports to track performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication during critical incidents to ensure rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Project Management with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure and NOC operations.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of command centre workflows, monitoring systems, and incident management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
