Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic commercial finance projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, IT, and Supply Chain, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Define project scope, KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement financial models, tracking mechanisms, and reporting dashboards to monitor project profitability and ROI.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate change management and training initiatives to support the adoption of new financial systems, tools, and processes.
- Present regular project status updates, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a commercial finance or corporate FP&A environment.
- Proven experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or multinational corporate sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial finance concepts, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, matrixed organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
