Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final turnover.
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans when necessary to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, managing procurement, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations (DOLE/OSHA standards), and company quality control protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million peso construction projects.
- Expert proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction laws, building codes, and permitting processes in the Philippines.
