Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, controlling expenses, and minimizing waste.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain peak performance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts swiftly to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a contract-based environment.
