Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise M&E site operations to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines
- Implement and maintain rigorous QA/QC procedures for all construction activities
- Review and approve technical drawings, material submissions, and installation methods
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor safety compliance and environmental standards on construction sites
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for project management
- Support project delivery through proactive problem-solving and resource optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E site supervision experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and QA/QC standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) or relevant engineering license preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
