Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting thorough topographical surveys, performing complex boundary calculations, setting out precise reference points for heavy machinery and structural components, and monitoring earthwork progression. You will work in tandem with Project Managers, Civil Engineers, and Site Supervisors, providing expert guidance on dimensional control and subcontractor coordination. Proficiency in modern surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and UAV/drone technology, alongside mastery of CAD software and data processing, will be key to your success.

- Conduct comprehensive site surveys, including topographic, boundary, and control surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Levels).
- Prepare and interpret engineering and construction plans, maps, and reports to guide project execution.
- Establish and verify precise reference points and grade elevations for earthmoving, structural foundations, and utility installations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, civil engineers, and construction crews to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Perform regular quality control checks and monitor structural deformations, earthwork volumes, and alignment throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and organized field notes, calculations, as-built drawings, and survey records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and field staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Analyze survey data using CAD and specialized surveying software to generate detailed reports and 3D models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer (LGE) or Registered Surveyor is an advantage and highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Project Surveyor in the construction, infrastructure, or equipment rental industry.
- Proficient in operating survey instruments such as Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, Automatic Levels, and Drone/UAV systems.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation) and survey data processing software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Star*Net).
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, blueprints, and legal land descriptions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in South Caloocan, Metro Manila, and travel to various project sites as required.
