V Residence is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee high-end construction projects in the heart of Badung, Bali. As our Project Manager, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that luxury residential developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a professional who understands the unique nuances of the Bali construction market and can bridge the gap between architectural vision and on-site execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that every detail aligns with the V Residence brand of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Supervise daily on-site operations and manage sub-contractors to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget tracking, and resource allocation schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Badung.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers for cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the residential or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Deep knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and vendor networks in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
