Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee daily project operations, monitor progress against established benchmarks, and implement proactive measures to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety regulations.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization to meet financial targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, local building codes, and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular progress updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, developing robust contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, financial summaries, and performance analyses to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a demonstrable history of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, and regulatory requirements in the Indonesian market.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and standard office productivity tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders.
