Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and foremen to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and material procurement to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays.
- Provide detailed progress reports to senior management regarding project milestones and financial status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints and engineering designs.
- Strong command of project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid certification in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
