You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project management—from initial planning and site mobilization to execution, rigorous monitoring, and final project handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, site execution, progress monitoring, and final closure.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal project performance.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols (K3).
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports and present progress updates to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, material procurement, and Indonesian building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid certification (SKA/SKK) in Project Management or Construction is highly preferred.
