Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate the planning team, including drafters, quantity surveyors, and structural engineers.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Review structural plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage project budget, cost estimation, and material procurement strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Implement and oversee quality control protocols to ensure high standards of construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
