Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies to ensure alignment with company business goals.
- Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand our market presence in the construction sector.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and communication strategies for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, clients, and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Monitor project performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership on business and operational outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in the Indonesian construction landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in business development, marketing, or strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and commercial operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
